Benefits and Discounts to Attractions CSM benefits and discounts are managed by Human Resources. New employees attend a private sessions with a member from Human Resources during which all benefits are discussed including flexible spending accounts, health, dental, vision and life insurance. Available through Human Resources is a flyer listing all CSM benefits including leaves, insurance, retirement, tax deferred income program, credit unions and more. Additional materials on individual insurance options are also available. Human Resources also provides a discount program to various attractions. Some of these include AMC theaters, dining dollars, ski lift tickets, Elitch Gardens, Renaissance Festival, Jefferson Symphony Orchestra, Disneyland/Disney World, Sea World and others. The department also sponsors other events such a flu-shot days and analysis on significant ballot issues developed by objective groups like the League of Women Voters.
