Colorado School of Mines

Campus Campaign Update

Mines closed out its fiscal year on June 30, 2007. This year’s Campus Campaign raised over $360,000 from 126 Colorado School of Mines faculty and staff. The addition of personal commitment to the existing professional goals of the Mines community is what makes our institution unique. We are very fortunate to have the dedication of many individuals who strongly believe in the mission of the School.

Support your School

Participating in the Campus Campaign demonstrates your loyalty. We are all very proud to work at such a reputable institution. Contributions to the Campus Campaign ensure that Mines can continue to take advantage of new opportunities and maintain existing ones. You can join many of your peers with a contribution to the program of your choice in several ways:

  • Payroll Deduction.
Many employees arrange for a gift amount to be deducted from their paychecks in monthly increments. Deductions can begin at your discretion. Obtain a pledge form from the Office of Institutional Advancement to begin your payroll deduction. Payroll deduction is a great way to reach membership in the President’s Council
  • Make a gift or pledge online.
A convenient, easy way to make a gift with your Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.
  • Respond to an appeal or mail in a check.
Several letters are sent to the campus community each year regarding the Campus Campaign. If you choose to participate, checks may be made payable to the CSM Foundation with the designation of your choice in the memo line.

Family of Mines Scholarship

In 2002, the Family of Mines Scholarship was created by a group of administrative faculty members. This scholarship is awarded to children of Mines employees who attend the School. In the spring, the First Bloom reception and silent auction benefits the Scholarship.   Additionally, this exciting project is supported by many members of the Mines community who contribute to the fund. We hope you will consider making the Family of Mines Scholarship the recipient of your gift!
